A TikTok Micro Documentary Concept

A robed figure appears in public.
A wand extends. A question is asked.
A wish becomes real.

Section I

The Premise

A Wizard dressed in full regalia moves through public spaces seeking people who carry a specific quality of light. They are found from a distance. They are approached. They are asked one question.

The concept is performance art operating as a street interview series. The Wizard is a character — anonymous, always costumed, face never visible, wand always present. What they do is simple: they find ordinary people of all ages and backgrounds, identify those with a particular energy or aura, and ask them the one question that matters.

The answers are recorded. Posted to TikTok. Released into the world. Once captured and witnessed by thousands, the wish is no longer private. It is manifested.

The TikTok page is the cauldron. Every video is an ingredient. Every wish, an act of collective creation.

The Wizard believes that by finding the right people — those whose ideas, once spoken aloud, carry the power to shape the future — and capturing their vision on camera, the act of mass witnessing makes it real. The page exists to hold all of these wishes together in one place, building toward something larger than any single video.

Section II

The Question

"If you had one wish
to make the world a better place —
what would that be?"

Simple enough for a child to answer. Profound enough to move anyone watching. The question is designed to set people up for success — there is no wrong answer, no trick, no pressure. The Wizard creates the conditions for someone to say something they have always known but never been asked.

The answer becomes the content. The answer becomes the spell.

Section III

The Three-Shot Template

Each TikTok follows the same structure. The format is engineered for the platform — short, emotionally direct, repeatable, shareable. The template is the container; the person's answer is always different.

I
The Approach

The Wizard spots someone from a distance. The wand is pointed toward them. In post-production, an aura color appears over the subject — a visual effect that signals they have been chosen, that something in them has been seen.

The subject does not yet know what is happening. That moment of discovery is the hook.

II
The Answer

The question is asked. The subject answers. Unscripted. Unfiltered. Honest. The camera holds on their face. Whatever they say — funny, moving, visionary, quiet, bold — is the content.

No editing of the answer. No prompting. What comes out, comes out.

III
The Command

The Wizard points the wand at the subject. The aura color reappears around them. The Wizard speaks: "Your wish is my command." The wish has been captured. It is now in the cauldron. It is now becoming real.

The subject receives the card.

Example

Template in Action

The following sequence demonstrates the three-shot format as it will appear in the field. Shot I: the wand pointed from a distance, the aura appearing in post. Shot II: close on the subject, thinking. Shot III: the wand extended, aura returns, the words spoken.

Shot I — The Approach Shot I

Wand pointed from distance. Aura added in post. Subject unaware.

Shot II — The Answer Shot II

Close on the subject's face. The question is asked. Unscripted.

Shot III — The Command Shot III

Wand extended toward subject. Aura reappears. "Your wish is my command."

Section IV

The Character

The Wizard is anonymous. The mystery is structural — it is not a detail to be revealed later. Not knowing who the Wizard is becomes part of the appeal.

The question of who the Wizard is should remain open as long as possible. The mystery drives speculation. Speculation drives engagement.

Section V

The Launch

Spring 2026. Multiple locations simultaneously.

Multiple Locations

Wizards operate in several cities at once from the start. The TikTok page shows no geography — the Wizard simply appears everywhere.

All Ages

Children, teenagers, adults, elders. Everyone carries a wish. The Wizard does not discriminate by age, background, or type.

Public Spaces

Parks, markets, transit, campuses, sidewalks. Places where ordinary life happens and unexpected encounters are possible.

Built for the Algorithm

Short-form. Emotionally direct. Repeatable format. The structure is designed to generate shares, saves, and return viewers.

Section VI

Production Needs

What is required to execute each shoot in the field. Every item below must be present before going out.

The Outfit

Full wizard regalia. Long robe, preferably dark — black, deep navy, or charcoal. Hood or pointed hat. The silhouette must read as a wizard immediately and from a distance. The face must be fully concealed at all times: hood pulled forward, or a mask, or both. No skin visible. The costume is the character. Without it there is no Wizard.

The wand is carried at all times. It should be visible in every shot.

The Microphone

A discreet lapel or lavalier microphone on the subject, or a directional boom handled off-camera. Street audio is unpredictable — wind, traffic, crowd noise will ruin an otherwise usable clip. Clean audio on the subject's answer is non-negotiable. The Wizard's voice can be atmospheric; the subject's wish must be crystal clear.

Test audio at each location before shooting begins. Bring backup.

Business Cards

Printed in quantity before each shoot. Black card stock, single-sided. One line of text only.

Your Wish Is My Command

Also produced as a sticker. Given to every participant at the close of their interaction.

Cards and stickers are handed over as the final gesture — after the wand is pointed, after the words are spoken. They are the physical proof that the wish has been captured and entered the cauldron.

The Manifesto

Why This Exists

There are people walking through the world right now
who carry extraordinary ideas
and have never been asked.

No one has pointed at them and said:
you — I see something in you.
Tell me what you know.

That is what the Wizard does.

Every video is a spell.
Every wish, once witnessed by thousands,
is no longer a dream.
It is a record. A seed. A thing released into the world
that cannot be taken back.

The cauldron holds all of it.
That is the point.
